Modified repeals, hovedlov replaces information


§ 1. The Greenlandic reguleringspristal calculated from January 1984 to this month's price index as the base (= 100).

§ 2. In collective agreements, etc., after which the salary is adjusted on the basis of Greenland reguleringspristal happens indexation for each full 3 points fluctuations beyond 100 with 90 cents an hour for people over 18 years old and with 45 kr. hour for those under 18 years. Any excess points left to the next control.
Subsection. 2. indexation of the Act comes into force at dyrtidsregulerede allowances and special allowances made for each full 3 points fluctuations in the Greenlandic reguleringspristal besides 100 with 9/5 of the previous adjustment amount.

§ 3. This Act shall not apply in respect of wages, salaries, etc. earned in an employment relationship with the State or granted by the State.
Subsection. 2. The provisions of § 2 shall not prevent agreements on the withdrawal or suspension of indexation.

§ 4. This Act shall come into force on 31 December 1983.
Subsection. 2. Further dyrtidsportioner after the previous Greenland reguleringspristal (January 1975 = 100) is not triggered after 1 October 1983, the price increases in the second half of 1983 are included in the basis for it by this law fixed the new Greenlandic reguleringspristal, see. § 1.
