§ 1. Landsting Act covers Islands chairman and the Cabinet members accountable for their duties.

§ 2. The first section of the Criminal Code for Greenland laying down general provisions apply.

§ 3. Any member of our government responsible for the decisions that the member has taken on the matters covered by his policy purview.

§ 4. Responsibility for the Home Rule Government meeting decided incumbent upon every member of our government who participated in the meeting and the decision. The same applies where a member has otherwise contributed to the decision making.

§ 5. For the purposes of the Penal Code provisions on liability for aiding and abetting an offense is considered a member of our government for contributing to a underordnets action when
1) the member has been informed that the act would be made, and failed to seek this prevented
2) the act has been a necessary or natural remedy for the implementation of a decision for which the member is responsible or
3) the member has promoted action execution do not provide reasonable supervise and set instructions.

§ 6. A member of our government imposed a measure referred to. § 10 if he intentionally or by gross negligence disregards the duties of the member under county law on the county council and our government or otherwise in law or his diversion nature.
Subsection. 2. Paragraph. l, shall apply if a member of our government allows the council to incorrect or misleading information or below the national parliament's consideration of a case conceals information that is essential for the country parliament's assessment of the case.

§ 7. With respect to liability in connection with the act committed by a member of our government, the general rules on compensation for damage caused by persons in the public service.

§ 8. Reprimand by this Act shall take place no later than 5 years after the offense end.

§ 9. Crime Act § 30 does not apply to members of our government.

§ 10. For violation of this county law's provisions imposed sanctions under the Criminal Code for Greenland.

§ 11. The County Council decides on matters relating to the Home Rule Government member functions, to be left Chief Constable of Greenland for investigation and possible prosecution.
Subsection. 2. The Chief Constable of Greenland decides whether or not to prosecute requiring action or compensation.
Subsection. 3. The proceedings of the High Court of Greenland as first instance.

§ 12. Landsting Act shall come into force on 1 June 1993.
