Change Act No. 18 of 31 October 1996 on Fisheries

§ 1
In Parliament Act no. 18 of 31 October 1996 as amended by, among other Parliament Act no. 15 of 12 November 2001 and most recently by Parliament Act no. 8 of 22 November 2011, is amended as follows: | || first In § 15 the following paragraph. 5:

"Paragraph. 5. Notwithstanding paragraph. 4, no companies or individuals through direct or indirect acquisition of concessions in the Greenland halibut fishery, obtain a quota share in the Regulatory Area for the coastal fleet component in excess of 5%. "
Second In § 33 paragraph. 1 pt. 1, the words "§ 15 paragraph. 2, 3 and 4 "to" § 15 paragraph. 2-5. "

§ 2
The Greenland Parliament Act comes into force on 1 July 2012.
