Parliament Act no. 13 of 22 November 2011 on the secondary education

§ 1
In Parliament Act no. 13 of 22 November 2011 on primary education is hereby amended as follows:

First In § 1 the following paragraph. 5-6:

"Paragraph. 5. There may be offered teaching in individual subjects in primary education.
Subsection. 6. The Government may lay down rules on the teaching of individual subjects in secondary education, including on supply and access. "
Second After § 1 added:
"§ 1a. The Government may establish university preparatory courses that provide access to certain short and medium term education in Greenland.

Paragraph. 2. The Greenland Government may lay down regulations on university preparatory courses, including of supply, capacity management, access and inclusion, organization and content, evaluation and documentation, compulsory attendance and active participation, etc., supporting activities and funding and student fees. "
3rd § 57 paragraph. 2, reads as follows:
" paragraph. 2. the Government shall lay down rules on professional and pedagogical competence, including the minimum academic and the possibilities of waiving the in §§ 58-59 statutory requirements. "

§ 2
the Greenland Parliament Act comes into force 1 June 2014.
