§ 1
In Parliament Act no. 20 of 3 December 2012 on business for land-based businesses performed as follows:
First After § 1 added:
"§1 a. You can create a pool to fund incubator programs with the aim of supporting temporary incubator space that includes training courses and counseling for certain entrepreneurs, and is estimated to cause economic benefits in the form of, for example, additional or more extensive business activities or increased employment of workers in businesses. "
second After § 5 added:
"§ 5 a. Support is also to incubator space.
PCS. 2. incubator space, see. Paragraph. 1, is time-limited process with training and advice that may be granted to entrepreneurs who are in the initial phase, and entrepreneurs whose business has been registered in Greenland in less than 12 months.
PCS. 3. Support for incubator space can be allocated for a period of up to 24 months.
PCS. 4. The Government may lay down detailed rules for incubatory, including the conditions for granting aid. "
Third § 10 pcs. 1 is replaced by:
"The Government may decide on the management of aid under §§ 5 and 5a with the local council or a management company."
§ 2
The Greenland Parliament Act shall enter into force on 1 June 2016.
