Change Act No. 7 of 31 May 2001 on the exploitation of ice and water for export (ice and water export law)

§ 1
In Greenland Parliament Act no. 7 of 31 May 2001 on the exploitation of ice and water for export (ice and water exports Act) is amended as follows:

First Throughout the county law changes "The Cabinet" to "The Government".
Second Throughout the county law changes "home rule" to "self-directed" and "home rule" to "self-government".
Third § 18 shall read:

"§ 18. Licensees and others under this Act must provide all information and submit all documents required for the authorities treat their business or activities subject to this Act. Greenland Government may for the implementation of regulatory procedures covered by this Act order licensees and others to provide information and documents in the manner and in the form that the Greenland Government considers necessary.
Subsection. 2. Licensees must annually submit reports on the activities performed and their results, including the company's environmental impact. Terms reporting stipulated in the licenses.
Subsection. 3. The Government may specify terms or decide that a licensee must ensure that its contractors, service providers and suppliers to continue to provide information and documents concerning the activities and export under the license or county law in general.
Subsection. 4. The Government may regulate or decide that a licensee's contractors, service providers and suppliers etc. must provide information and documents concerning the activities and export under the license or county law in general. ".
Fourth § 29 paragraph. 2, no. 3, read:

"3) disregards terms issued pursuant to § 12 paragraph. 1, § 13, § 18 paragraph. 2 or 3, § 21 paragraph. 2, or § 26 ".
Fifth § 29 paragraph. 2, no. 4, read:

"4) fails to comply with the in § 10 paragraph. 2, or § 17 paragraph. 1 listed injunction or in § 18 paragraph. 1, 3 or 4, given notice and decisions. ".

§ 2
Subsection. 1. The Greenland Parliament Act shall enter into force on 1 July 2014.
Subsection. 2. Permits for prospecting or exploitation of ice and water for export granted by the Greenland Parliament Act entered into force, remain valid. Greenland Parliament Act also applies to such authorizations, rights holders for such permits and activities covered by ice and water export law that was given or passed by the Greenland Parliament Act came into force.
