Article 1

The validity of this law shall commence from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Memorandum of Understanding and of the Technical Specialisation governed by the fulfilment of the conditions of Article 11 (1) and 11.2 of Article 11 thereof. Non-reuptake medallion.
