The following draft law was adopted:

Ratification of the amendment of the Doha to the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework for Climate Change, which has been ratified by the n. ARTICLE 177 OF THE EC TREATY

Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the amendment of the Doha to the Kyoto Protocol to the United Nations Framework for Climate Change, hereinafter referred to as 'climate change', ratified by the n. EC 10-1982, POINT 2.7.7. The amendment to Doha was approved in Du-ha of Qatar at the Conference of the Parties to the Convention, on 8 December 2012, the text of which was in original in English and translated into Greek as follows:

Article 2

The common obligation of the European Union and the Member States to reduce or reduce emissions from the European Union and the Member States shall be quantified further among the Member States by a decision of the Council of the European Union. Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Union, pursuant to Article 4 (1) of the Protocol, as amended and ratified by this law.

Article 3

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Doha and the Kyoto Protocol to the Kyoto Protocol on the fulfilment of the conditions of Article 25 of the Protocol.
