Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the International Agreement of 2006 on Tropical Timber, adopted on 27 January 2006, the text of which in original language in English and translated into Greek is as follows:

Ratification of the 2006 International Agreement on Tropical Wood

Article 2

The amendments to Article 40 of the Agreement shall be adopted in accordance with the text of the Constitution.

Article 3

The validity of that law shall start from its publication in the Court of Appeal of the Government and of the Council provisionally declared in accordance with Article 38 and definitively upon completion of the conditions laid down in Article 39 thereof.
