Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the State of Qatar, signed in Athens on 3 May 2010, the text of which in Greek And English is as follows:

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Court of Appeal of the Government and of the Memorandum of Understanding ratified by the fulfilment of the provisions of Article 7 thereof.
