Article 3

1. After the completion of the General Inventory of Population-Residents and after taking into account the data gathered from the Building of Buildings, ELSTAT. It establishes a database, which is composed of all the variables to be collected by the person concerned. Elements of the base leading to the identification of the listed subjects (such as only a father or wife only, a single man, date of birth, date of birth, street and number of residence)

Maintained in EL.STAT. Safely, separately, and deleted at the latest three (3) years after the registration date of the inventory. The supplementary inventory sheets are also destroyed by the delay in the above-mentioned deadline.

2. On the basis of the census data, a Statistical Register of Population is established for the sole purpose of carrying out a sample survey of population, dwellings and buildings and a research unit in the household or the person. This register shall contain a percentage of all recorded persons, which may not exceed 40 %. A presidential decree issued with a proposal by the Minister for Economic Affairs set out the creation of the Court of Justice, the procedures and ways of informing them.

The administrative and other sources to be used by ELSTAT, the maintenance time, which may not exceed the time of the census, and the organisational and technical safety measures, in accordance with internationally agreed practices.

Article 4

For the purpose of carrying out the General Inventory of Population-Pets and Buildings in 2011, the provisions of the relevant legislation (n.d. 3627/1956, v. No 2392/1996, p. 168/2008. Regulation (EEC) No 3832/2010, applicable) and the law on the protection of personal data, provided that they do not conflict with the provisions of this Act of Legislative Contents.

Article 5

The validity of this Agreement, which shall be ratified in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Article 44 of the Constitution, shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government.
