Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Technical Reconcision (TDRs) of the Administration of Conventional Powers of Naples and the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic of Greece on the establishment of the Promotion of the Promotion of Management Mary in Leipzig Souda, which was written in Athens on January 18, 2008, the text of which is authentic in English and translated into Greek as follows:

This Technical Fatification (TDRs) replaces the technical Adoption between CEETA and Council of Southern Europe for the creation of a Promotional Merit Base in Souda which was signed on 6.8.2002.

Article 3

The validity of this law shall be initiated by its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities and of the Governing Council of the fulfilment of the conditions of the Pet of this Part.
