Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Additional Protocol to the Agreement on the Multinational Peacekeeping of Southeastern Europe (A΄ 3/7.1.2000), which was signed on 21 October 2009 in Sofia, the text of which in English and in Translation into Greek language is as follows:

Article 2

By decision of the Minister for Defence, the special Technical Agreements between the Parties, which are referred to in Article 11 of the Additional Protocol, together with joint ministerial decisions, shall be taken by the Minister of National Defence. Of the Minister for Defence and the President-in-Office of the Council.

Article 3

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Official Journal of the Government and of the Additional Protocol ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 35 thereof.
