Article 1

The Protocol on the Transitional Provisions annexed to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, annexed to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, shall be ratified and has the power conferred on it by Article 28 of the Constitution. Of the European Union and the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community, signed in Brussels on 23 June 2010, the text of which is authentic in the Greek language as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the First Chamber, which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 2 thereof.
