Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Technical Arrangement (Technical Arrangement) between the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Macedonia on the implementation of the Constitution.
