It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Interim Economic Partnership Agreement between the COTE D' IVOIRE, on the one hand, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, signed in Abidjan, on 26 November 2008 and in Brussels, 22 January 2009, in turn, the text of which is authentic in the Greek language as follows:
