Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the United States of America regarding the imposition of import restrictions on archeological and Byzantine authorities Of the ecclesiastical material up to the 15th century AD of the Hellenic Republic, signed in Athens on 17 July 2011, the text of which is authentic in the English and English languages as follows:

Article 2

The amendment provided for in Article IV (2) of the Mnemonic shall be governed by the same procedure as the date on which this month is ratified.

Article 3

The validity of this law shall be initiated by its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities and of the Government of the United Kingdom, which shall be ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article IV (1) thereof.
