Ratification of the Protocol between the Hellenic Republic and the Swiss Confederation amending the Convention between the Hellenic Republic and the Swiss Confederation on the avoidance of double taxation on taxes Income and the Protocol

Signed at Bern on 16 June 1983

Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Protocol between the Hellenic Republic and the Swiss Confederation, signed at Bern on 4 November 2010, amending the Convention between Greece and the Swiss Confederation and the Swiss Confederation (ii) to avoid double taxation in respect of income taxes and the Protocol to the Convention signed in Berne on 16 June 1983 (n. 1502/1984 (1 192), the text of which is in Greek, French and English as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Official Journal of the Government and of the Protocol ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article VIII thereof.
