Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic of Greece and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Brazil on cooperation between the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs The Hellenic Republic and the Rio Branco Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Brazil, signed in Athens on 3 April 2009, the text of which in original in English and translated into Greek products as follows:

Article 2

The Protocol referred to in Article VII of the Mnemonic shall be adopted by a common act of the Member States.

Article 3

This law shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities and the Court of Justice of the European Communities, which shall be ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article IX thereof.
