Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Agreement on Military-Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Council of Ministers of the United States, signed in Kiev on 30 August 1999, the text of which is in two Original, in Greek and English is as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Agreement, ratified, by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 9 thereof.
