The following draft law was adopted:

Ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and the Climate Change of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and the Environment of the Republic of Cyprus in the area of protection Environment and Sustainable Development

Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of the Environment, Energy and the Climate Change of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Pervalli-that of the Republic of Cyprus for the Protection of Environment and Sustainable Development, which was signed in Nicosia on 29 September 2010, the text of which in original language in the Greek language is as follows:

Article 2

By decision of the Minister for the Environment, Energy and Climate Change and the case-by-case Minister may take the measures envisaged by the Memorandum of Understanding, set out the prescribed procedures, and Any other details necessary for the application of the Mnemonium.

Article 3

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Court of Appeal of the Government and of the Minni, which is ratified by the fulfilment of the constitutional procedures.
