The following draft law was adopted:

Ratification of the Protocol on the phytosanitary requirements for the export of actinides from the Hellenic Republic to China between the Ministry of Rural Development and Food

Of the Hellenic Republic and of the General Administration of Quality, Control and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China

Article 1

It has the power, as provided for in Article 28 (2). 1 of the Constitution, the Protocol on the Plant Health Requirements for the export of actinides from the Hellenic Republic to China between the Ministry of Rural Development and the Food of the Hellenic Republic and the General Administration Col - Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, signed in Athens on 24 November 2008, the text of which is authentic in the English and Greek languages, as follows:

Article 2

1. The application of this Protocol is defined as the Directorate for the Protection of Plant Protection of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food.

2. By decision of the Minister for Rural Development and Food published in the Official Journal of the European Communities, following a recommendation from the Directorate for Plant Production, it may be revised or supplemented each year, the terms of the Protocoll;

In respect of an update of its technical specifications, in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 12 of this Article, and any technical details for its implementation.

Article 3

This law shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities and of the Protocol which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 12 (2) thereof.
