Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Protocol amending the Convention between the Hellenic Republic and the Kingdom of Belgium to avoid double taxation and to prevent tax evasion on income taxes (v. (266), signed in Brussels on 16 March 2010, the text of which is authentic in the Greek, English and French languages as follows:

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the First Chamber, which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article II thereof.
