Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Greek Republic and the Commonwealth of Australia on diplomatic and consular privileges and immunities with double Citizenship, signed in Athens on 1 July 2011, In the English language and after-expression in Greek, the text reads as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Mnemonic, which shall be ratified by the completion of the conditions laid down in Section 3 thereof.
