Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Hellenic Republic and the National Council of Tourism and Ares of the United Arab Emirates, signed in Athens on 11 January 2012, the text of the original in Greek and English is as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Mnemonic, which shall be ratified, by the completion of the conditions laid down in Article 7 thereof.
