Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Agreement between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Belarusian Republic of Belarus on Cooperation in the Tourism Sector, signed at Gyeon-gju, on 9 October 2011, of which the text In Greek and English is as follows:

Ratification of the Agreement between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Belarusian Republic of Belarus on cooperation in the tourism sector

Article 2

The Protocols or Agreements concluded by the Joint Committee referred to in Article 9 of the Agreement shall be adopted by means of a common act of the Ministers.

Article 3

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and the Council, which shall be ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 10 thereof.
