The following draft law was adopted:

Ratification of the Agreement on Importation of Modifications in certain Provisions of the Agreement on Air Transport between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the State

Of Qatar and other provisions

Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, signed in Athens on 3 May 2010 by the Government of the Republic of Cyprus and the Government of the State of Katar, signed in Athens on 3 May 2010, The text of which in Greek and English is as follows:

Article 2

The deadline referred to in the third subparagraph of paragraph 1. Question No 12, by Mr Desselo No 4055/2012 (1 51), as it stands after its amendment with the par. Article 166 of the EEC Treaty (2) Deadline for implementation of the legislation in the Member States (2).

Article 3

The first paragraph of paragraph 1. Article 28 of the EC Treaty As amended by Article 2 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1892/1990, as amended by Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1892/2012 as amended by Article 2 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1892/2012, as amended by Article 2 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1892/2012 as amended by Article 2 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1892/2012, as amended by Article 2 of the Act of Accession, 4086/2012 (1), replaced by the following:

' For the purpose of obtaining legal rights in life of natural or legal rights by natural or legal persons on private islands or islands and properties of islands or islands wherever they are found, the Minister's permission is required. National Defence

Provided following a consistent opinion of all General Staff Regulations. In the case of public islands, their ownership is not altered but the possibility is provided, subject to the above conditions. Article 15
