The following draft law was adopted:

Ratification of the Protocol of Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Protocol for Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, which was signed in Athens on 6 October 2011, The text of the original in Greek and English is as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Protocol on cooperation ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 6 thereof.
