Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Agreement on Air Transactions between the Government of the Hellenic Republic of Greece and the Council of Ministers of Ukraine, signed in Athens on 6 October 2011, the text of which in Greek and English Has as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Agreement which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 18 thereof.
