Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Agreement between the Government of the Hellenic Republic and the Government of the Republic of Korea on the Mutual Protection of Military Intelligence, signed in Seoul, Korea on 3 December 2013, the text of which is authentic in the Greek, Korean and English languages as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Agreement which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article XIV (1) thereof.
