The following draft law was adopted:

Ratification of the 2005 Protocol to the International Convention for the suppression of illegal maritime security operations and the 2005 Protocol

Protocol of 1988 on the suppression of illegal acts against the safety of fixed installations in the continental shelf

Article 1

They are ratified and have the power set out in Article 28 (2). 1 of the Constitution, the '2005 Protocol to the International Convention for the suppression of illegal acts against the safety of maritime safety' (v. 2108/1992, 1 204) signed in London on 14 October 2005 and the 'Protocol of 2005 to the 1988 Protocol on the Suppression of Parano Against the Safety of Constant e-Statements in the continental shelf' (n. 2108/1992, 1 204), signed in London on 14 October 2005, the text of which in original language and translation in Greek, reads as follows:

Article 2

The validity of that law shall start from its publication in the Court of Appeal of the Government and of the Protocols declared by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Articles 18 and 9 respectively.
