Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding of the Ministry of Rural Development and Food of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Bulgaria in the development of quality and safety The production and distribution of agricultural products and food products, which was registered in Athens on 17 December 2012, the text of which is authentic in Greek and English as follows:

Article 2

The programmes of the recommended ad hoc Working Group, Article 3 of the Memorandum on the security of mutual cooperation in the activities referred to in Article 2 thereof, shall be adopted by a common act of the competent authorities.

Article 3

The amendment, as provided for in Article 7,

In the case of the TNF, it is subject to the same procedure as in which the TNF enters into force.

Article 15

This law shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities and of the United Kingdom, which shall be ratified by the completion of the provisions of Article 7 (1) thereof.
