The following draft law was adopted by the House of Parliament:

Ratification of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Portugal concerning cooperation within

Multinational Coordinating Centre for Strategic Maritime Transport (Athens-AMSCC) and Technical Intercept between the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Portugal With the application of the Understanding of Understanding

Between the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Portugal concerning cooperation within the Multinational Coordinator

Center for Strategic Maritime Transport (Athens-AMSCC)

Article 1

They are ratified and have the power set out in Article 28 (2). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding is signed between the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Portugal concerning cooperation within the Polynational Council; The Department of Defense of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the Portuguese Republic of Greece and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Greece and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Greece As regards the implementation of the above Memorandum, which was signed on 9 September 2010, Lisbon-and on 19 November 2010 in Athens, the text of which, in English and translated into Greek, is as follows:
