Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Agreement on Trade and Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China signed at Beijing on 23 June 2008, Text in the Greek and English languages text reads as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Agreement which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 10 thereof.
