Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Agreement between the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Bulgaria, for cooperation in the military sector, signed at Sofia on 27 July 2010, The text in two originals, in Greek and English, is as follows:

The following draft law was adopted by the House of Parliament:

Ratification of the Agreement between the Ministry of National Defence of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Bulgaria for Cooperation in the Military Sector

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Agreement which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 11 (1) thereof.
