THE PRESIDENT OF THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC

Having regard to Article 44 (1) of the Constitution, the exceptional case of extreme urgency; and

An unforeseen need to extend the deadline for the submission of the declaration of property of the sub-countries in a declaration of the n. No 3213/2003 (1 309) due to the extension of the deadline for the submission of tax credits.

3. The relevant proposal of the Council of Ministers decides by:

Article 6

The deadline for submitting the declaration referred to in Article 1 (2) of the Law In a declaration referred to in Article 1 (1) of the above law, in particular for the financial year 2013 (use 2012), it shall be extended until 30 September 2013.

Article 2 Entry into force

This power, which will be ratified in accordance with Article 44 (1) of the Constitution, starts from its publication in the Court of Appeal of the Court of Justice.
