Article 1

Article 2

The programmes for the exchange of diplomatic relations between the parties referred to in Article 7 (1) of the Mnemonic shall be adopted by a common act of the competent authorities where appropriate.

Article 3

The exchange programmes referred to in Article 7 (2), the contents of which exceeds the provisions of this Directive, shall be subject to the same procedure as the present date of entry into force.

Article 15

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Mnemon, which shall be ratified by the completion of the conditions laid down in Article 8 thereof.
