Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Memorandum of Understanding by the Ministry of Rural Development and Food of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Romania, signed in Bucharest, at 28 June 2011, the text of which is authentic in Greek and English as follows:

Article 2

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Court of Appeal of the Government and of the Mnemon which is ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 6 thereof.
