Article 1

It shall be ratified and shall have the effect of Article 28 (1). 1 of the Constitution, the Agreement between the Government of the Hellenic Republic, the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Government of the Republic of Turkey, on the establishment and functioning of a Joint Contact Centre for the purpose of Police and customs cooperation, signed at Sofia, on 25 May 2015, the text of which is authentic in Greek and English as follows:

Article 2

The Protocols for the implementation of specific measures relating to the implementation and implementation of the ratified Agreement referred to in Article 11 (4) shall be adopted by a common decision of the Ministers of Ministers and shall be put into effect. In accordance with Article 15 (1) of the Agreement.

Article 3

The validity of this law shall start from its publication in the Governing Council of the Government and of the Council, which shall be ratified by the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in Article 15 (1) thereof.
