(1) On the basis of Section 4 (2) (3a) of the Trademark Law as amended on 2 January 1968 (Bundesgesetzbl. 1, 29), it is announced that the names and characteristics of the European Free Trade Association as well as the Association between the Member States of the European Free Trade Association and the Republic of the European Free Trade Association are given in the annex. Finland is excluded from the registration as a trademark. (2) The notice is issued following the notice of 8 March 1968 (Bundesgesetzblatt I, p. 212). Unofficial table of contents
