Species 1

The agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Italian Republic, signed in Rome on 7 June 1969, on the renunciation of the legalisation of documents is approved. The contract shall be published below. Unofficial table of contents

Type 2

(1) The Federal Government and the national governments shall determine in their respective areas of business the authorities responsible for the certification under Article 2 of the Treaty (Article 5 (1) (1) of the Treaty). The President of a General Court may also be designated as the competent authority. (2) Legal orders of the Federal Government pursuant to paragraph 1 do not require the approval of the Federal Council. Unofficial table of contents

Art 3

The certification referred to in Article 2 of the Treaty shall be issued in the following form on the document itself or on a sheet to be connected with the document, in the following form:

Species 4

(1) The information provided for in Article 4 (1) of the Treaty shall be provided by the Federal Administrative Office in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2. (2) The Federal Administrative Office shall accept requests for information from the Republic of Italy, shall carry out a statement of the person, authority or authority , which shall have established the document, and shall transmit this statement to the requesting body. This law shall also apply in the Land of Berlin, provided that the Land Berlin determines the application of this law. (1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement. (2) The date on which the contract shall enter into force in accordance with its Article 8 (2) shall be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazproc.
