Species 1

(1) The contract signed in Vienna on 3 April 1989 between the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Austria on the course of the common state border in Section III of the border section "Scheibelberg-Bodensee" as well as in one part the border section "Dreieckmark-Dandebachmündung" and the border section "Saalach-Scheibelberg" will be agreed. (2) The contract will be published below with a general map of the relevant border sections. The annexes referred to in Articles 1, 2 and 3 of the Treaty shall be located at the Federal Foreign Office (Political Archives) and the Bavarian State Surveying Office and, in the case of the relevant border sections, in the case of the Federal Foreign Office (Political Archives). Type 2

In the parts of the territory covered by Articles 2 and 3 of the Treaty of the Federal Republic of Germany, the provisions in force in the administrative districts of Lower Bavaria and Upper Bavaria shall enter into force on the date of entry into force of the Treaty of the Federal Republic of Germany. Art 3

(1) The Government of the Free State of Bavaria is authorized to apply for the areas covered by the Treaty of the Federal Republic of Germany by means of a legal regulation
1.
to make provisions on the manner in which rights, the content of which is determined by Austrian law, are entered in the land register and dealt with in the enforcement of the enforcement order;
2.
to make provisions for the transfer of such rights to land which can be transferred to comparable bodies governed by German law.
(2) The Government of the Free State of Bavaria may transfer the authorization to the Land Justice Administration. Unofficial table of contents

Species 4

(1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement. (2) The date on which the contract shall enter into force in accordance with its Article 10 (2) shall be disclosed in the Federal Law Gazproc.
