With the approval of the Federal Council, the Bundestag has adopted the following law: Unofficial table of contents

Species 1

The following intergovernmental agreements, signed in Skopje on 8 July 2003, are approved:

1.

the Agreement between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Macedonian Government on Social Security,

2.

the Agreement for the implementation of the Agreement of 8 July 2003 between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Macedonian Government on Social Security.

Type 2

The Federal Government is empowered to enter into force by means of a legal regulation with the consent of the Federal Council, agreements for the implementation of the Agreement, as well as amendments to the implementing agreement referred to in Article 1 (2). In addition, the Federal Government is empowered to adopt the national provisions necessary for the implementation of the Agreement. For the purpose of implementing and implementing the Agreement, provisions may be made, in particular, on the following:

1.

Information, notification and notification obligations and the provision of evidence between the bodies referred to in Article 28 (1) of the Agreement and between them and the persons concerned,

2.

the provision, presentation and transmission of certificates and the use of forms,

3.

the procedure for the provision of cash benefits;

4.

the responsibility of the insurance institutions or of other bodies referred to in Article 28 (1) of the Agreement;

5.

the mutual conversion of insurance periods in accordance with the legislation of both States Parties.

Art 3

(1) This Act shall enter into force on the day following its announcement. (2) The days on which the Agreement shall enter into force in accordance with its Article 44 and the Agreement for the implementation of the Agreement under its Article 13 (1) shall be known in the Federal Law Gazans. ,
