Chapter 1
General

§ 1 Scope

This Regulation shall apply to:
1.
Soldiers in the service of a professional soldier, a professional soldier, a temporary soldier, or a soldier on a temporary basis,
2.
Soldiers who do military service pursuant to § 58b of the Soldatengesetz (Soldatengesetz) or in accordance with § 4 (1) (1), (4) or (7) of the German Military Code (Wehrpflichtgesetz),
2a.
Soldiers in the reserve military service in accordance with the reserve law and reserve law,
3.
Soldiers who provide a service on a voluntary basis pursuant to § 59 (3) sentence 1 of the Soldatengesetz (Soldatengesetz) and soldiers who, according to § 4 (3) sentence 1 of the German Wehrpflichtgesetz (Wehrpflichtgesetz), other than those referred to in point 2 Provide military service,

Previous soldiers, who are used for other services pursuant to Article 59 (1) or (2) of the Soldatengesetz (Soldatengesetz),

Previous soldiers, who are used for other services pursuant to § 59 (3) sentence 3 of the Soldatengesetz (Soldatengesetz), and for

Persons who are used for official events within the meaning of Section 81 (2) of the Soldatengesetz (Soldatengesetz).
To the extent that the following provisions contain service-grade names and additions to the service-grade designation, the relevant names and additions of the navy and of the medical service shall be included. Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Service assessment

(1) The suitability, empowerment and performance of the soldiers must be assessed:
1.
at regular intervals and
2.
if they require the service or personal circumstances; in this case, the assessments shall be drawn up only at the request of the personnel-processing bodies.
The Federal Ministry of Defence provides details on the details of the evaluation. It is possible to allow exceptions to regular assessments. (2) In the assessments, the achievements of the soldiers are to be presented in a comprehensible way, as well as to assess the suitability and competence for future uses. Where reference values are set within the meaning of paragraph 5, the persons participating in the decision shall make use of that power if:
1.
the indicative values have not been observed by persons who have been assessed,
2.
at their level, the number of cases sufficient for the direct application of indicative values has been reached, or
3.
in the case of an insufficient number of cases for direct application of indicative values, it has not been appropriately differentiated in a suitable manner.
(9) The Federal Ministry of Defence may grant the power to cease and desist persons the power to waive all assessments or all opinions on assessments made by the superior in the area of

§ 3 Order of the runways

The runways of the soldiers are assigned to the career groups of the teams, the sub-officers and the officers. The details shall be obtained from the annex to this Regulation. § 1 sentence 2 shall not apply to this extent. Unofficial table of contents

§ 4 Setting

(1) The establishment of a military service shall be established. (2) Soldatinnen and soldiers shall be recruit for all runways in the lowest grade of the teams, unless otherwise determined or approved by this Regulation. Former soldiers are hired as a professional soldier, professional soldier, soldier on time or soldier on time with the degree of service acquired in the Bundeswehr, if nothing else is determined in this regulation. § 5 Transport

(1) Carriage shall be the conferment of a higher grade of service. (2) The grades of a career shall be passed on on a regular basis, unless otherwise provided in this Regulation. (3) By way of derogation from the provisions of Section 1, first sentence, points 2 to 6 of (2) a higher grade of service shall be awarded
1.
for military use, where the military knowledge and skills required for such use and the necessary life experience by means of a professional activity in the armed forces or in the case of strike-force-like institutions have been acquired, or
2.
military-related use, in particular those which correspond to a professional image in the field of health, administrative, logistical or media services or a technical profession, if the necessary for such use Knowledge and skills and the necessary life experience have been acquired through a civil professional activity.
For the time being, the degree of service shall be granted provisionally in accordance with § 1, first sentence, number 3 to 6; it may be definitively awarded after a military service of at least the period specified in § 10, second sentence, sentence 5, and § 43 (5) sentence 2. § 5a Service Time Requirements

(1) A transport shall be permitted, unless otherwise provided for in this Regulation, at the earliest one year after the setting or the last carriage, unless the previous degree of service has not had to be carried through regularly. (2) Periods of service which are required under this Regulation shall be counted from the day of recruitment or, if the period of service is to be completed in a certain degree of service, from the date on which the appointment takes effect. has become. § 6 Transformation of the service relationship and career change

(1) The conversion of the duty of a soldier to time or of a soldier on a temporary basis into the employment relationship of a professional soldier or professional soldier and vice versa is permissible only with the consent of the soldier or the soldier. After the transfer, the addition to the service level designation provided for the candidates is no longer required. § 8 Conditions for the appointment of a soldier on time or a soldier on a temporary basis

§ 9 Carriage of the teams in the service of a soldier on time or a soldier on a temporary basis

(1) The carriage of the teams shall be permitted after the following service periods:
1.

to the staff free of staff after 36 months, and
5.
on the upper stables after 48 months.

§ 10 Transport of other soldiers

(1) The soldiers referred to in paragraph 1, first sentence, point 2 shall be transported on time in accordance with the rules on the transport of soldiers to time and soldiers. (2) The soldiers referred to in § 1 sentence 1 (3) to (7) may be entitled to in each case after a military service of at least six days. Promotions shall be allowed only after a period of time, at least as long as the duty of service of a soldier on time or of a soldier is at the time of service in respect of the transport under this Regulation. Periods of an official event in accordance with § 81 of the Soldatengesetz (Soldatengesetz) are not counted on the military service in accordance with the first sentence. Section 16 Carriage of the field weatherers and the field weatherswarders

§ 27 Officers with other civilian qualifications

Section 43 Carriage, admission to a career in reserve and appointment to the employment of a professional soldier or professional soldier

Section 44 Settlement, training and transport directives

Section 45 Exceptions

the skipping of grades in the setting or promotion and

§ 46 Transformation of the service relationship according to § 45a of the Soldatengesetz
