This legal regulation is a training order within the meaning of Section 25 of the Vocational Training Act. § 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

§ 2 Training Duration

§ 3 Objective of vocational training

The skills and knowledge referred to in this Regulation shall be communicated in such a way as to enable trainees to carry out a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (2) of the Vocational Training Act, which shall: shall include, in particular, self-planning, carrying out and controlling. § 4 Training profession

The subject of vocational training shall be at least the following skills and knowledge:

Identify pest infestation in the protection of health and storage, timber and building protection and plant protection,
13.
Planning and carrying out pest control measures in the protection of health and storage, timber and building protection as well as in plant protection,

Quality assurance measures.

§ 5 Training framework plan

The skills and knowledge referred to in § 3 are to be taught according to the guidance on the factual and chronological structure of the vocational training (training framework plan) contained in the annex. A material and time breakdown of the training content, which differs from the training framework plan, is permitted in particular, insofar as special operational features require the deviation. § 6 Training plan

§ 7 Report Bulletin

§ 8 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It shall take place before the end of the second year of training. § 9 Final examination

(1) The final examination shall cover the skills and knowledge listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material taught in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. (2) The test shall be carried out in practical terms. Part of the examination in a total of eight hours at most three practical tasks, as well as a customer interview within this time of no more than 15 minutes. In particular, the practical tasks are to be considered:
1.
Carry out a pest control measure in the protection of health and supply in relation to ten different pests or harmful images,
2.
Carry out a pest control measure in the field of wood and building protection with reference to five different pests or harmful images,
3.
To carry out a pest control measure in plant protection, based on five different pests or harmful images.
The aim of the test is to identify and determine pests, pest infestation and harmful images and to independently plan the implementation of the measure in relation to a particular pest, to control and document the results of the work, to take action on safety and health at work and on the environment, as well as to secure the work area. In the context of one of the three practical tasks, the examinee should conduct a customer interview, showing in no more than 15 minutes that he/she is about the type, extent and cause of the infestation, about the effect of the pest infestation, on the type, extent and extent of the infestation. (3) Within the practical part of the examination, the three practical tasks are to be weighted as follows:
1.
the practical task in which the customer interview is conducted 40 percent,
2.
the other two practical tasks in each case 30 percent.
(4) The examination subject shall be examined in the written part of the examination in the examination areas of health and protection, timber and building protection, plant protection as well as economic and social studies. In the areas of health and supply protection, timber and building protection and plant protection, the testing area is intended to show that it has practical tasks with linked work organisation, technological, mathematical and graphic design. In doing so, it is possible to take measures to ensure safety and health at work, to secure the workplace, to protect the environment and to ensure quality assurance, as well as to comply with professional regulations and standards can. Tasks shall be considered in particular from the following areas:

a)
Measures to combat harmful substances,

c)
measures to combat health and hygiene workers;
2.
In the examination area Wood and building protection:
a)

b)
measures to combat wood-destroying mushrooms,
c)
Measures for building protection against pigeons,
d)
Measures for building protection against moisture;
3.
Plant protection in the examination area:
a)
Measures to combat plant diseases,
b)
Measures to combat pests,
c)
Measures to combat harmful substances;
4.
in the examination area Economic and social studies: General economic and social contexts from the world of work and work.
(5) The written part of the examination shall not exceed:
1. in the examination area Health and retention protection 120 minutes,
2. In the examination area Wood and building protection 90 minutes,
3. Plant protection in the examination area 90 minutes,
4. in the examination area Economic and social studies 60 minutes.
(6) The written part of the examination shall be supplemented, at the request of the examinee or at the discretion of the Audit Committee in individual areas, by an oral examination, if it may give the rash for the existence of the examination. In the determination of the result for the examination areas examined orally, the respective previous result and the corresponding result of the oral supplementary examination in a ratio of 2: 1 are to be weighted. (7) Within the written part the examination areas shall be weighted as follows:
1. Health and protection of stocks 30 percent,
2. Examination area Wood and building protection 25 percent,
3. Examination area Plant protection 25 percent,
4. Examination area Economic and social studies 20 percent.
(8) The examination has been passed if, in the practical and in the written part of the examination, as well as within the written part of the examination, at least three of the four examination areas have provided at least sufficient services. If the examination results are not sufficiently evaluated in one of the examination areas, the examination shall not be passed. Unofficial table of contents

Section 10 Entry into force
