The V was adopted as Article 1 of V v. 9.5.2005 I 1285 by the Federal Ministry of Economic Affairs and Labour in agreement with the Federal Ministry of Education and Research. It occurs gem. Art. 4 of this V in force on 1 August 2005.
This legal regulation is a training order within the meaning of § 4 of the Vocational Training Act and § 25 of the Craft Code. The training regulations and the coordinated framework curriculum for the vocational school, which is agreed by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Länder in the Federal Republic of Germany, are published as a supplement to the Federal Gazette. § 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

The training occupation of upholstery and decorations near/upholstery and decorations
1.
according to § 4 of the Vocational Training Act and
2.
In accordance with § 25 of the Craft Regulations for Business Training Number 27, Closer to decoration, Appendix B, Section 2 of the Craft Regulations

§ 2 Training Duration

§ 3 Objective of vocational training

The skills, knowledge and skills referred to in this Regulation are to be conveyed in terms of work and business processes. They are to be conveyed in such a way that the trainees are qualified to pursue a qualified professional activity within the meaning of Article 1 (3) of the Vocational Training Act, which in particular is responsible for planning, carrying out and controlling self-employed persons , as well as the actions in the overall operational context. § 4 Training profession

Vocational training shall be subject to at least the following skills, knowledge and skills:
1.
Vocational training, labour and collective bargaining,
2.
Establishment and organisation of training activities,
3.
safety and health protection at work,
4.
environmental protection,
5.
Apply information and communication technologies,
6.
Prepare work processes, control and assess work results, work in a team,
7.
Prepare and apply working documents,
8.
Handle and maintain tools, equipment, machines and technical equipment,
9.
Process and use of plant and auxiliary materials,
10.
Use ironing techniques,
11.
Run sewing work,
12.
Manufacture of room decorations,
13.
Manufacture of upholstered upholstery parts,
14.
Perform renunciation and completion work,
15.
Manufacture of references and cover,
16.
Carry out quality assurance measures.

§ 5 Training framework plan

The skills, knowledge and skills referred to in § 4 are to be taught according to the guidance on the factual and temporal structure of the vocational training (training framework plan) contained in the annex. A material and time breakdown of the content of the training which deviates from the training framework plan is particularly permissible, insofar as the particularities of the company's practical experience require the deviation. § 6 Training plan

§ 7 Written evidence of formal training

§ 8 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It is to take place before the end of the first year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the skills, knowledge and skills listed in the Annex for the first year of training, and those in the vocational education and training programme in accordance with the framework curriculum, to the extent that it is essential for vocational training. § 9 Journeyman Examination/Final examination

(1) The journeyman's examination/final examination shall cover the skills, knowledge and skills listed in the Annex, as well as the teaching material taught in the course of vocational education, to the extent that it is essential to vocational training. (5) The written part of the examination shall be supplemented, at the request of the examinee or at the discretion of the examination board in individual examination areas, by an oral examination, if the examination board may give a rash for the existence of the examination. (7) The examination has been passed if at least sufficient performance has been provided in the practical part of the examination and in the written part of the examination. § 10 Continuation of vocational training

Vocational training conditions which exist at the date of entry into force of this Regulation may be continued in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation, taking into account the training period previously completed, if the Contracting Parties agree to this. Unofficial table of contents
