Pursuant to Section 57 (1) (10) of the Passenger Transport Act, as amended by the Notice of 8 August 1990 (BGBl. 1690), as defined by Article 1 (2) of the Law of 23 July 1992 (BGBl). 1379), and on the basis of Section 56 of the Passenger Transport Act, which has been amended by Article 4 (1) of the Law of 19 March 2001 (BGBl. 386), in conjunction with the second section of the Administrative Costing Act of 23 June 1970 (BGBl I). 821), Article 56 (1) of the Jurisdiction Adjustment Act of 18 March 1975 (BGBl). 705) and the organisational decree of the Federal Chancellor of the 27. § 1

Costs (fees and expenses) shall be charged for the official acts listed in the applicable fee list. Unofficial table of contents

Free of charge:

1.

official acts which are necessary in connection with an extension or modification of a traffic arranged pursuant to section 21 (3) of the Passenger Transport Act,

2.

Acts relating to the compensation of public services on scheduled services with motor vehicles in accordance with Section 45a of the Passenger Transport Act and the Regulation on the compensation of public service benefits in the Road passenger transport of 2 August 1977 (BGBl. 1460), as last amended by Article 3 (14) of the Law of 17 December 1993 (BGBl I). 2118).

§ 3

In the case of international transport and transit, undertakings which have their registered office outside the scope of the Passenger Transport Act shall be exempted from the obligation to pay, in so far as the reciprocity is guaranteed. Unofficial table of contents

§ 4 Contradiction

A fee shall be levied for the full or partial refusal of an objection up to the amount of the fee fixed for the contested official act; this shall not apply if the appeal is not successful only because the Infringement of a procedural or formal provision according to the provisions of the State Law, which comply with Section 45 of the Administrative Procedure Act, is inconformable. In the event of an unsuccessful appeal which is directed exclusively against a cost decision, the fee shall be no more than 10 per cent of the sum at issue, but at least 30 euros. If an appeal is withdrawn at the beginning of its processing, but before its completion, the fee shall not exceed 75 per cent of the opposition fee. Unofficial table of contents

§ 5 Revocation, withdrawal, rejection and withdrawal of applications

Fees shall be charged for the revocation or withdrawal of an official act, the rejection of an application for an act of official act, and in cases of withdrawal of an application for an act of official act, in accordance with the provisions of Section 15 of the Administrative costs law. § 6
