I.

In accordance with Section 126 (3) No. 2 sentence 2 of the Civil Service Law, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 654), in conjunction with Section 172 of the Federal Civil Service Act, as amended by the Notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. 675), I transfer the authority to the Federal Office of Finance to decide on the objection to an administrative act and the rejection of a claim on state aid matters, to the extent to which it is required to adopt the administrative act or to reject the Claim to be responsible. According to § 174 (3) sentence 2 of the Federal Civil Service Act (Bundesbeamtengesetz) in the version of the notice of 31 March 1999 (BGBl. I p. 675) I transfer the Federal Office of Finance to the Representation of the Federal Ministry of Justice in cases of administrative dispute, provided that the Federal Office of Finance had the power to decide on the opposition in accordance with this order. III.

This arrangement shall take effect on 1 August 2002, subject to the provisions of the second sentence. It shall not apply to contradictions or claims raised before 1 August 2002. Unofficial table of contents
