§ 1 Setting

(1) In the scope specified in § 2, nature reserves are of central importance in the area of Märkische Schweiz and a protected landscape area is of central importance as a natural park. (2) The nature park is given the name "Naturpark Märkische Schweiz". Unofficial table of contents

§ 2 Area description and delimitation

(1) The Märkische Schweiz Nature Park is an area rich in different forest stocks, diverse structured agricultural landscapes and water-rich areas. It is a typical neckline from the end-moraine arch of the Frankfurt Stadiums of the Visterselvereisung. This results in the high level of relief and a particularly large diversity of habitats for plants and animals. Due to its special equipment and location in the surrounding area of Berlin, the area has an excellent value for recreation and tourism. (2) All roads and roads bordering the nature park are included, including the two banquets of the natural park.
Topographic maps in the M 1:25,000 (1: BDS cards and 2: Volkswirtschaftskarten) are used for the border description. The name of the traffic routes is based on the road map of the district Frankfurt (Oder) in the M 1:100,000 (3:).
The Märkische Schweiz Nature Park is limited in the clockwise direction:

§ 3 Protection

The purpose of setting the natural park is to:
1.
the conservation and improvement of the valuable and diverse landscape structures resulting from natural conditions,
2.
Securing the sustainability of recreational functions while complying with nature conservation concerns,
3.
maintaining and improving the quality of water and the development of lakes,
4.
Conservation and partial renaturation of river waters,
5.
Promotion of ecologically oriented agriculture and forestry, which corresponds to the concerns of recreation and nature conservation,
6.
Conservation and restoration of the landscape-typical and historically grown agricultural areas of the area,
7.
Preservation, maintenance and development of the diverse habitats in particular for the endangered species of organisms and a comprehensive biotope composite system.

§ 4 Protection zones

(1) The area of the natural park is divided into two protection zones, the protection zone II (development and care zone) and the protection zone III (recreation zone). The protection zone I (core zone) is not designated. (2) The areas of the protection zone are designated as nature reserves of central importance. The following areas belong to the protection zone II:
1.
Nature reserve "Stobbertal" The starting point is the Stobberbrücke (bridge) at the "Güntherquelle" (Güntherquelle) at the village exit of Buckow. Follow the road in the direction of Pritzhagener Mühle, following the same to the left of the eastern and northern land boundary of the children's home, following the road from Haus Tornow to Pritzhagen, this direction N to Pritzhagen up to the forest border, Follow this direction E to the beginning of the Höllenkehle, including the abandoned gravel pit, to S the western location of Julianenhof and the border of the forest, including the Offenhanges, to the journey that comes from Reichenberg, this route in Direction S up to the road between Eichendorfer Mühle and Lappnower Mühle, this in N-E-direction to the Stobberbrücke at the Lappnower Mühle. Nature reserve "Klobichsee"
a)
Ostgrenzevom Starting point Alte Mühle following the route towards Münchehofe to the southwestern edge of the forest. Hiking trail in southwestern direction until Feldweg to the Zaungrenze Kinderferienlager at the entrance to Münchehofe. Follow the extended Zaungrenze in the southwest direction until the lake shore Großer Klobichsee. Follow the line southwards to the edge of the forest south of the 1. Bathing area. Nature reserve "Ruhlsdorfer Bruch"
a)

Follow the field path in the south to the upper edge of the Böschungsoberridge in the eastern direction to Feldweg north of Ruhlsdorfer See. Along the upper edge of the Böschungsoberridge to the intersection with the road connecting road Ruhlsdorf-Bollersdorf to the Ruhlsdorfer Bruch. Continue in the eastern direction along the forest edge to the east end of the forest. Continue along the edge of the Hangoberg to the border between Ruhlsdorf and Bollersdorf.
c)

South border demarcation line Hasenholz-Ruhlsdorf following the field trail from Hasenholz to the Ruhlsdorfer Bruch. Follow the dirt road to the Feldhecke west of the Feldweg. Along the Feldhecke in the west to the upper edge of the embankment at the Ruhlsdorfer Bruch.The southern slope of the Böschungsoberridge leads up to the connecting path between Garzin and Hohenstein. Follow this route in the south to the extension of the Grabens.Entlang des Grabens south of the Mühlenberg to the northern edge of Garzin, south of the Mühlenberg.
e)
West border in the direction of the Graben up to the entrance to the Haussee. From there in the northeast direction follow the drainage ditch of the Ruhlsdorfer Bruch up to the starting point bridge at the Hohensteiner Mühle.
4.
Nature reserve "Gummitz und Großer Schlagenthinsee"
a)

6.
Nature reserve "Tiergarten"
a)
Ostfrontier starting point is the interface between Eberswalde Chaussee and a paved road north of Tiergarten. From there along Eberswalder Chaussee towards Waldsieversdorf to northern Waldridge Kiefernforst southwest of the Chaussee. Continue along the pine forest to the south-side shore of the Stobber.
b)
South border edge Stobber up to Stobberbrücke bridge. Along Hecke in northwestern direction to Waldridge. Follow the edge of the forest in the western direction up to the road along the northwestern edge of Rotes Luch.
c)
North-west border route at northwestern edge of Rotes Luch to the starting point Eberswalder Chaussee.
(3) The protection zone III shall be designated as a protected landscape area of central importance. The protection zone III comprises the areas of the natural park not mentioned in paragraph 2. § 5 Commandments

(1) In order to achieve the conservation purpose in the protected landscape area, it is offered in the Natural Park,
1.
orient all measures towards the conservation and promotion of the special landscape character, in particular the integration of all existing and planned recreational and tourist facilities, as well as the development of the to ensure infrastructure in the localities,
2.
participate in the management of the natural park in all plans which affect the purpose of the protection;
3.
Planning and management of forests in order to safeguard the recreational function on the creation of a variety of forest structures adapted to the conditions of the site, such as a balanced age-class relationship, the raising of the diversity of tree species, and the promotion of the forest structures. natural regeneration and small-scale clearings,
4.
through the use of agricultural land, to achieve a balanced nutrient balance in terms of operation and area,
5.
to develop parcels to improve the structures of the agricultural area, and to use local, site-oriented trees, including fruit trees, as a priority,
6.
to carry out the stock regulation of animal species in agreement with the Nature Park Administration.
(2) In addition, it is necessary to achieve the conservation purpose in the protected areas;
1.
to subordinate all measures to the protection in accordance with Article 3 of this Regulation;
2.
orient forestry management with preference for natural forest management,
3.
to farm agricultural land extensively,
4.
to make the use of recreational activities so as to avoid or reduce the impact on natural resources,
5.
to carry out the regulation of animal species in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Nature Park Administration.
(3) In order to implement the bids referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 as well as the maintenance, maintenance and development of the natural park, a care and development plan shall be drawn up within a reasonable period of time. Unofficial table of contents

§ 6 prohibitions

(1) In the nature park it is forbidden to
1.
outside the places approved for biwaking, camping, caravans, setting up fireplaces or lighting fire,
2.
buildings and construction equipment, including those which do not require a building permit or a water official procedure, to be built or altered outside the areas designated for development;
3.
make changes in the use of buildings or areas outside of the locality without the authorisation of the management of the natural park;
4.
carry out melioration and water-related measures without the authorisation of the management of the natural park;
5.
To place advertising facilities, plates or inscriptions outside the local area, provided that they do not serve to protect the natural park, the traffic or the indications of the location,
6.
from 1 February to 31 July each year within a radius of 300 metres around the nesting sites of eagles, cranes, black storks, large falcons and uhus as well as within a radius of 150 metres around the reproduction and reproduction sites of other threatened extinction Animal species shall be carried out without the authorisation of the Nature Park Administration for economic or maintenance measures.
(2) In addition, it is prohibited in the protection zone II,

9.
building and building structures, even those which do not require a building permit or a water-regulatory procedure,
10.
Intensive fishing (e.g. fertilization, feeding and net cage ageing).

§ 7 Exceptions

(1) taken out of the prohibitions of § 6,
1.
inexorable measures to protect the population as well as to avert threats to people's life and life and to significant property,
2.
Measures taken by the Nature Park Administration solely for the purpose of § 3,
3.
the movement of the blocked roads and roads by means of motor vehicles by members of public administrations or their representatives on compulsory service journeys, and by other persons with the authorisation of the natural park administration,
4.
the proper agricultural land use of the land used for agricultural purposes within the meaning of the Federal Nature Protection Act (§ 8 (7)), unless otherwise specified in the maintenance and development plan to be drawn up pursuant to § 5 (3) is provided for,
5.
the previous intended use of construction equipment, including the associated areas.
(2) The measures permitted at the time of entry into force of the Regulation on the basis of special authorisations and rights shall remain unaffected. Insofar as these measures are not compatible with the protection of the natural park (§ 3), they are to be dismantled as quickly as possible within the framework of legal possibilities. § 8 Liberation

(1) From the prohibitions of § 6, exemption may be granted on a case-by-case basis, if:
1.
the implementation of the provision
a)
would lead to unintended hardship and the deviation should be compatible with the protection of the natural park (§ 3), or
b)
would lead to an unintended impairment of nature and landscape, or
2.
the overriding reasons of the common good require the liberation.
(2) The Supervisory Authority of the Nature Park Administration shall be responsible for the granting of the exemption. The supervisory authority may delegate this task in whole or in part. Unofficial table of contents

§ 9 Agreement

The agreement with the Nature Park Administration is to be established,
1.
Measures to maintain roads and roads and waters,
2.
Extensions and new facilities of leisure facilities and
3.
the drawing up of construction plans.

§ 10 Compensation for use restrictions

Where owners or other persons entitled to use by this Regulation or by means of measures under this Regulation impose restrictions on their rights of use or obligations to such extent as to the extent to which the ownership of the property is subject to , they are entitled to compensation.
