§ 1 State recognition of the vocational training profession

§ 2 Training Duration

§ 3 Objective of vocational training

§ 4 Basic Vocational Training

§ 5 Training profession

§ 6 Training framework plan

The skills and knowledge referred to in § 5 (vocational training programme) should be taken into account in accordance with the guidelines for the factual and chronological structure of vocational training, taking into account the priorities of women and men. § 9 Interim examination

(1) An intermediate examination shall be carried out in order to determine the level of training. It is to take place before the end of the second year of training. (2) The intermediate examination shall cover the qualifications listed in the Annex for the first year of training and the third half-year of training, as well as the qualifications referred to in the Annex. § 10 Gesellenprüfung

(1) The journeyman's examination extends to the qualifications listed in the Annex and to the teaching material taught in the course of vocational education, insofar as it is essential for vocational training. Section 10a Financial Regulation

Section 11 Transitional regime

§ 12 Entry into force, external force
